The homeowner reached out to Klaus Roofing of Ohio with a concern about her soffits, which had begun to rot even though the roof was recently replaced earlier this year. The soffits, made of wood, were deteriorating, and she was worried about seeing the same issue year after year. She wanted a long-lasting solution to prevent the wood from continuously rotting, while also improving the appearance and durability of her home. Our goal was to provide her with options that would eliminate the ongoing issue and enhance her home’s curb appeal and protection.

A resident of Columbus, Ohio, contacted Klaus Roofing Ohio because they had two front gutters damaged by a fallen tree, and there was also visible damage to several roof shingles. The homeowner request for roof replacement, Klaus Roofing Ohio scheduled a thorough inspection of the property. Klaus Roofing Ohio recommended a roof replacement for maximum durability and protection. They proposed using Dynasty Architectural Shingles in Granite Black due to their heavy-duty features, including a larger nailing surface, tear-resistant Armour Zone strip, Fastlock sealant for a stronger bond, and a 130 MPH Wind Warranty at 231 pounds per square.

Our talented team of roof experts was called to this home who desparately needed some TLC to their ridge vent. We sent a crew out to assess and fix their issue. As you can see in the before photo, there is some obvious damage. It was no task for our team to patch it up and make it like new again!
