A homeowner reached out to Klaus Roofing Systems of Ohio for a full roof replacement. The existing asphalt shingles were worn, and the homeowner chose durable IKO Dynasty shingles for the upgrade. Our team began by removing the old shingles and inspecting the roof deck, which was in good condition, needing only minor repairs. We installed a high-quality underlayment for added protection, followed by the new shingles, ensuring precise alignment for long-term durability. This roof was rotted through to the decking. Our team replaced 44 sheets of plywood, put down a protective layer of ice and water shield, and then finished the job with brand new IKO Dynasty shingles.
