The owner of a rental property on W Jefferson Street contacted us to address wind damage on the roof, which is approximately 20 years old. Although there are no current leaks, the aging roof's condition warranted a full replacement to ensure long-term protection and enhance the property’s value. The project, fully financed, also includes installing 5K gutters and downspouts for the entire structure and adding two hat vents on the rear facet for improved ventilation.

Our scope of work involves a complete roof replacement, removing the old materials and installing a new, durable roofing system tailored to the property’s needs. We will also install 5K gutters and downspouts, ensuring proper water drainage to protect the structure. Finally, two hat vents will be added to enhance ventilation, promoting roof longevity and energy efficiency. The project will not only restore the roof’s integrity but also boost the property's overall functionality and curb appeal, providing peace of mind for the owner and tenants alike.

Our crew, led by Project Manager Valentin Rosales, began tearing off the old shingles bright and early. The old shingles were collected and thrown into one of our dumpsters. Then several sheets of plywood were replaced before the underlayment went on. We install Ice & Water barrier and Synthetic underlayments to protect the roof. Then the shingles were nailed down.
