A newly purchased home presented its owner with a significant challenge—a major leak in the bathroom ceiling during heavy rain. Suspecting the issue might stem from an aging exhaust vent, the homeowner reached out for a solution to stop the water intrusion and prevent further damage. With the roof’s age unknown, we recommended replacing the rear slope of the home’s roof, where the problem was identified.
To provide a durable and long-lasting solution, we will install Dynasty Architectural Shingles in Granite Black, known for their heavy-duty design and sleek appearance. These shingles feature a larger nailing surface, tear-resistant Armour Zone strip, and Fastlock sealant, creating a stronger bond for maximum protection against leaks and weather damage. With a 130 MPH wind warranty and a weight of 231 pounds per square, they’re built to withstand harsh conditions while enhancing the home’s aesthetic. This targeted roof replacement will address the immediate issue, protect the home’s structure, and give the homeowner peace of mind for years to come.
