A homeowner in North Lewisburg, OH, contacted us to request a quote for replacing the roof on her home, as well as upgrading the attic insulation. The roof, currently tin and showing significant age, covers a 1.5-story portion of the house and its porches. While she hasn’t decided between asphalt or metal roofing, she is leaning toward a durable and stylish solution. In addition to the roof, the attic insulation in the 1.5-story section needs attention due to the presence of bat droppings and deteriorated materials.

The proposed project includes the removal of the existing tin roof, as well as any metal shakes. We will replace the roof with Dynasty Architectural Shingles in Monaco Red, which provide a tear-resistant Armour Zone strip, larger nailing surface, and Fastlock sealant for maximum protection.
