Klaus Roofing of Ohio recently completed a comprehensive roofing and gutter project for a homeowner with a 20-year-old rubber flat roof. The customer called in requesting updates for their home and garage. The garage required new gutters, while the house needed gutter cleaning and replacement of the fascia under the eaves. Upon inspection, it was determined that some of the original materials may need replacement, and we confirmed this before beginning the work. The customer initially
selected a standard color for the gutters and downspouts but later opted for Victorian Gray 36 to match the exterior aesthetics.
Our team installed new gutters on the garage and replaced two downspouts that run from the upper gutter to the lower gutters. We also installed 10 A elbows and 4 B elbows, precisely matching the design marked in the provided picture. During the process, we thoroughly cleaned the house’s existing gutters and ensured the downspouts were fully functional. The installation of the new gutters and downspouts significantly improved the home's water drainage system. The fascia under the eaves was replaced, reinforcing the structure and providing a clean, polished finish to the roofline.
With the color switch to Victorian Gray, the new gutters and downspouts perfectly complement the home's appearance. The customer was very pleased with the results, as the home now has a refreshed look and improved functionality. The job was completed efficiently, and the customer expressed satisfaction with the quality and attention to detail.
