Old Roof
This is what the roof looked like before. There were no major issues, but there was some damage and problem spots, and it was old, so it was time for a new one.
Before Chimney
The roof was not sealed well around the chimney or the stove exhaust, so that was a big area of concern for the old roof. It would need to be address when the new roof was installed.
New Underlayment Installation
After the old shingles and underlayment were removed, the crew set about laying down the new underlayment. This is a waterproof layer underneath the shingles.
Finished White Shingles
The white shingles the homeowners chose look amazing! The crew did a great job and here, they were putting the finishing touches on the chimney to make sure it was properly sealed.
