Solution
A team of experienced roofers went out to Fredericktown to complete the project. First, they removed all of the shingles and existing underlayment. Then, they taped off all seams in the wood decking with deck tape to make them air and watertight. They installed underlayment on top of the tape and decking to provide another layer of protection against the elements in case the shingles are ripped off during a storm or other damaging event. Finally, they installed the replacement shingles.
The homeowner no longer has to worry about leaking from the roof and her new roof looks great!
