New Gutters, Roof Replacement, and Repair in Corning, OH

Challenge

A church owner in Corning, OH called Klaus Roofing of Ohio because there was roof damage and leaking around the bell tower of the building. Our certified inspector, Brian Thom, went out to the church to do a thorough inspection. He determined that there was damage in several other areas of the roof and it was more than 25 years old. The gutters were also old and broken in some areas.

Solution

Brian determined that the best thing to do would be to remove and replace the entire roof and gutters. That way, they could also get underneath the shingles around the bell tower and repair and seal that area. Our team of skilled installers came in and completely removed and replaced the roof. The old shingles were removed and any damaged areas of the plywood underneath were replaced. Then, the wood was covered in new, water-resistant underlayment, and then put down two layers of new shingles. Then, they removed and replaced the gutters with state-of-the-art gutters and downspouts that will not leak. The church owner will not have to worry about the roof leaking for years to come.
