After: Restoring Confidence in the Home
Once the insurance process is finalized and the work is completed, the homeowner will have a roofing system built to withstand severe weather and a siding exterior restored for both protection and curb appeal. The upgraded materials and expert installation ensure long-term durability. Most importantly, the homeowner can feel confident knowing their home was inspected thoroughly, cared for thoughtfully, and restored by professionals every step of the way. That is the Klaus Larsen Roofing way.

During: Thorough Assessment and Quality Materials
We're scheduled to perform a detailed inspection of the roof and siding to check for hail impacts, lifted or damaged shingles, loose siding panels, and any signs of water infiltration. If the insurance claim is approved, we'll move forward using Dynasty Architectural Shingles in Granite Black. These shingles offer a larger nailing surface, a tear-resistant ArmourZone strip, and Fastlock sealant for added bond strength. They also come with a 130 MPH wind warranty. As part of the roofing system upgrade, the existing 3-inch vent pipe boot will be replaced with a durable black Perma-Boot for lasting protection.

Before: Recognizing the Bigger Problem
The initial request was for new gutters, but during the on-site visit, our team noticed the home's siding showed signs of wear and storm-related damage. On a brick and siding home, it's important to keep both materials in top condition to prevent structural issues. This observation led to a broader conversation and a decision to file a claim with the insurance company. What began as a straightforward gutter replacement turned into a more comprehensive storm damage restoration.
