Klaus Roofing of Ohio recently completed a project involving two flat rubber roofs for a residential property. The first roof, located over the porch, had a leak behind the flashing that required repair. The second roof, at the back of the building, was much older, estimated to be 20-30 years, and needed a full replacement. The customer opted for Wicker A7 as the color for the new roofing material. Along with the roof replacement, we also addressed the gutter system. The detached garage received new gutters along the back stretch, complete with two new downspouts to ensure proper water drainage. The 6-inch gutters on the main house were left intact, with no downspouts replaced.
Additionally, the lower section of the roof received a new end cap, enhancing the overall durability of the system. It’s important to note that the rubber portion in the middle of the main house roof was not included in this project scope. The entire job was financed, providing the customer with flexible payment options. The customer was highly satisfied with the professionalism and quality of the work, leaving a positive review. This project reflects our commitment to delivering durable, high-quality roofing and gutter solutions, ensuring long-lasting protection for homes.
