A recent call from a homeowner with a 20-year-old mostly flat rubber roof resulted in an assessment for gutter and fascia work. The garage needed gutters, and the house required gutter cleaning and replacement of fascia under the eaves, with potential old material involved. The job progressed well, and the customer switched the gutter and downspout color to Victorian gray. While the main job is complete, soffit and additional gutter work are still needed. Gutters were installed on the garage with downspouts, including two downspout runs from upper to lower gutters, requiring 10 A and 4 B elbows for final touches.
